Can you suggest a boat for me? I am 170cm 62kg. I’m interested in whitewater kayaking either in the ocean waves or rivers and canoe polo. I just started getting into it at the end of the year, running G3 river and riding in the waves, no fancy tricks yet. I didn’t get around to asking the instructor about what boat I should get…started off with a dancer then progressed to a blistick playboat.
Hi Katrina, You could fit into any of our white water boats but i would suggest you have a look at the eskimo Nano or the RTM Vertigo. The nano has a bit more length which would be better for canoe polo if you were to go down that path,
These boats can be seen here:

HI iam 114kg …5ft 8 and have a big belly,I currently paddle a hobie quest, but want to upgrade to a sit in sea kayak , something i can grow in skills with, whilst hopefully shrinking in girth.
Have to admit getting back on a sit on kayak in water is an effort i wear a lifevest so have real concerns how i could lift my weight back onto a sit in kayak, any suggestions?
What would be the best sit in sea kayak for a big belly like me?
Thanks
Hi David,
